John & Arthur Beare

In 2012 Beare’s set the world record for the most expensive violin with the sale of the ‘Vieuxtemps’ del Gesù for over $16 million. In 2008, Beare’s received The Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade, the only fine art business to ever receive the award. And in December 2010, the company was appointed Honorary Advisors to the Royal Society of Musicians of Great Britain.

John & Arthur Beare History

With a total of more than 230 years’ experience in the Beares workshop, their restorers and luthiers are highly respected around the world; several of them belong to EILA (Entente Internationale des Luthiers et Archetiers), established in 1950 with William Beare as one of its founding members.

It was a great honer when Beares invited us to their offices to discuss their new website projects. We took the brief and understood the requirements and their objectives fully before preparing a full fixed price proposal. We are very proud to have launched the first phase within two months with a second more complex phase currently in work and due to launch by September.

The fully responsive design we made was custom made and branded exactly to what the client had requested from the ground up. We have since had further meetings with the clients to ensure that the second phase, being a much larger online application will be built and work exactly as required.
