One of our recent projects was for the music producer Andy Whitmore. Andy was the first to admit that his expertise lay in making hit singles for people like Peter Andre rather than knowing a great deal about search engine optimisation or being particularly web-savvy.
We helped Andy out mainly by explaining each step of the creation process to him and translating our techno-jargon for him in a way that helped him both understand what the goal of the implementations was and how it would work for his benefit on the site. It is rarely good enough, we’ve found to simply fob off a client with lines like, “Well, it’s just what you do.” Our clients are always happier when they know exactly how a particular feature of the site will help them with their own clients’ experience and also the functionality of the site as a whole.
Another key area for Andy was the web content: the actual words written on his pages. They needed to reflect Andy’s own personality as well as promote the website in terms of search engine optimisation and originality. We used a specialist copywriter to achieve a finished article that has already exceeded all of our expectations.
Thank you Mike, Peter & the guys at Webdezign for a brilliant job on my website. They followed the brief, were very creative, the job was done on time & all feedback was incorporated on first mention. Great Job!
