Maintenance may seem like a minor issue, but
when the need arises it's reassuring to have something in place.
We can set you up with a choice of maintenance programs as follows:
There are two separate packages besides the first thirty days
after development. Amending any bugs that may be found within
those days after your launch, which is included in the initial.
We can not quote any fixed prices, as contracts are based upon
the site, and the extent of maintenance required.

Basic maintenance is what most companies need.
This category includes mostly image and text changes, but also
smaller database changes. All of these changes are charged on
an hourly rate.
If updates will be required weekly or monthly we suggest that
you set up a maintenance contract, which then gives you an account
manager that is familiar with your requirements. We would draw
up a plan which can be paid monthly or quarterly.
2.
Upgrades and larger maintenance is another matter,
it may be you've seen that your competitors have bought a new
function and you need to keep up. Or maybe you just decide that
you want be one step ahead of everyone else. All changes and
upgrades are priced on a per job bases.
We need to get a quote from the programmers on how many hours
the upgrades takes and we get back to you with a price. |
