Overview

First 4 Figures approached Webdezign several years ago. At the time they were a producer / wholesaler of figures with no online presence. They where looking for an entry level ecommerce web site to enable them to start selling online.

Requirements

First4figures had some clear requirements for their ecommerce site.

Key requirements:

• No technical knowledge required to manage the site
• Easy to add and remove products as well as related imagery and text
• Ability to add and change navigation / categories
• Integration with numerous payment gateways
• Integration with Google analytics (Urchin at the time)
• Ability to manage content within content only pages
• Low cost of entry
• Future proof and scaleable with additional functionality over time

Based upon the key requirements digishop was chosen as the most suitable

Results

We have now been working with First4figures for over 5 years. In that time the companies online business has grown rapidly due to the success of the site.

We are now on the third version of the site as the requirements of the client and also the ongoing functionality of digishop have been enhanced.
