You know how you see all these great looking sleek UIs on websites giving away free PSDs. But how many people do actually sit down and create a form in CSS that actually looks like that? So I decided, why not instead of giving away a free PSD we give away the CSS form itself. All the CSS and graphics you will need to build your own forms.
The CSS file includes
- form > input[type:text]
- form > input:[type:email]
- form > input:[type:password]
- form > select
- form > radio button
- form > tick box
- form > textarea
- form > button
- form > button.action
The sprite PSD (layered file) is included in the zip if you want to make changes. I might add to this in the future as I’ve probably forgotten some items out. I used uniform a javascript plugin that runs alongside jQuery. Play around, use and abuse it but remember it’s released under Creative Commons Share Alike.
